bsod while using pc, error ntoskrnl.exe=7fd00

Hi I keep having this error, I have tried many things, different hard drive, memory stick, motherboard, and even tried to upgrade to win 10 to solve this error, but it keeps occurring. I wiped the hard drive using the preinstalled software by hp and still the error routinely happens.
I have used your program and will send the file. I am at wits end.

There are some 0x124, they usually mean hardware problems, fortunately it doesn't 100% look like that.
In the most recent crashes, the network drivers and video drivers have been flagged.

Are you using a USB network adapter?
If you are, I suggest to not use it while troubleshooting.

Thanks for the help, I will do as you suggest and uninstall the video driver as well as all the usb items, the only usb I will keep is the mouse/keyboard fob.
I'll keep in touch after I work these changes and let you know if that solves my issue, again thanks!
    Roger
So far I have updated the video driver and unistalled the Usb. and haven't had a blue screen yet.
I am keeping my fingers crossed.
    Thanks again!

What happens when you connect the USB back in?
