Tried the same hard drive and CD on another computer and installed no problem. Memtest 86+ says RAM is OK. Motherboard, CPU?

Run the dm log collector from BSOD Posting Instructions, the one from sysnative is different.

When you get another bluescreen, run the dm log collector again and upload the new zip.
You can upload files and run the dm log collector so pictures won't be very helpful this time.

Please check {windows partition}\windows\minidump and check if there are any dump files saved.
The zip is empty of dump files.`

Your BIOS seems to be from 2007, I suggest to update your BIOS
