Getting 0x0000004A BSOD every few weeks

Hello and if you're reading this thxs for taking the time out of your life to help a stranger ; ) . Like the title says i get this every few weeks. Researching this on google points towards a driver is not working right i think. Kinda lost after that. I have no idea how to view or find what driver it is from the crash dump so i figured i would ask for help. I read the posting info you all made and it doesn't say to attach the crash dump file so i won't. My pc is working so if you need to help someone who's is not i can wait. I attached the zip from your tool i ran. Thanks for helping.

We have here a service from Bitdefender active at time of the crash
    Code:
    IRQL_GT_ZERO_AT_SYSTEM_SERVICE (4a)
Returning to usermode from a system call at an IRQL > PASSIVE_LEVEL.
    Arguments:
Arg1: 000000007748da2a, Address of system function (system call routine)
    Arg2: 0000000000000002, Current IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000000, 0
    Arg4: fffff88007ee8b60, 0

    Debugging Details:
    ------------------

    PROCESS_NAME: vsserv.exe

    BUGCHECK_STR: RAISED_IRQL_FAULT

    FAULTING_IP:
And here we have the network input/output system driver.
    Code:
    fffff880`07ee8318 fffff880`0188d3aa NETIO!StreamPermitData+0x13a
    fffff880`07ee8348 fffff880`0187ad00 NETIO!AttachQoSProvider+0xe0
Bitdefender is trying to access the internet in an invalid way.

Uninstall Bitdefender using the Bitdefender uninstall tool: Uninstall Bitdefender

Let me know how it goes :)

Thankyou so much for taking the time to sort through all of that to help. I kinda figured it was Bitdefender since i had upgraded from 2015 to the 2016 total security i have had problems. I took your advice and uninstalled it with tool and reinstalled 2015. You Rock!!!!
