    Blue Screen help while gaming and video streaming


    I don't know much about what you would need to help me find out what my issue is, it does this every once n a while.

    when running multiply programs like maybe my ram is being used up and its just crashing im not sure but here is my collection

    Your dumps are reporting cache errors from the cpu, this could be caused for various reasons
    First thing to check is that the machine is not simply overheating, install speccy or similar and check temps while at idle and then under load, you can use prime95 to stress test the cpu if you want
    If temps are getting high then try cleaning out whatever dust/dirt that you can as quite often it is simply dust clogging up the cpu cooler/cooling fans not allowing enough airflow to allow the system to adequately cool

    If temps are ok then other things you can try are resetting bios to defaults and/or a bios update
    Updating chipset drivers

    There are only two dump files in your upload its good to have more than this to check for patterns in the crashes please do not run disk cleanup or programs like CCleaner as these will erase dump files

    Problems again


    After i thought i fixed the problem it happened again, these were the two files it said to find help with
