having BOSD and freezes mostly caused by ntkrnlpa.exe

hello im having lots of BOSD recently on my old computer(about 6 years old)
i did some research and found out that it has something to do with memory so i did a overnight memtest86+ test on ram it came out clean then i did error test on my SATA HDD by chkdsk and hdtune it came out clean too,
and every time i turn on my system it hangs on starting windows splash screen. the windows logo animation doesn't show up only the text "STARTING WINDOWS" on screen . i have to unplug power multiple times to make work

ive also done a fresh installation of windows 7 and didn't installed anything except motherboard drivers, but still got same bosd and freezes

according to Bluescreenviewer this mostly caused by ntkrnlpa.exe
    thanks,Rohit

This is what I find odd in the msinfo32 file
    Code:
System Manufacturer	To Be Filled By O.E.M.
System Model	To Be Filled By O.E.M.
The manufacturer and model should show with a laptop

In the dumps it doesn't show much more
    Code:
SystemManufacturer = To Be Filled By O.E.M.
SystemProductName = To Be Filled By O.E.M.
SystemFamily = To Be Filled By O.E.M.
SystemVersion = To Be Filled By O.E.M.
SystemSKU = To Be Filled By O.E.M.
BaseBoardManufacturer = To be filled by O.E.M.
BaseBoardProduct = To be filled by O.E.M.
BaseBoardVersion = To be filled by O.E.M.
Please fill in your system specs
Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely.
How to fill in your system specs:

The specs you provided is just a small peace of the total specs
Please complete the specs with everything the system uses like motherboard, PSU, cooling system, everything you use could be of value (headset, speakers, monitor, keyboard, mouse, etc.).

Is the MGAdiag report from your desktop?

    The MGAdiag shows following
    Code:
    Windows Product ID:
    00426-OEM-8992662-00006
    Windows Product ID Type: 2
    Windows License Type:
    OEM SLP
    Code:
    SLIC ACRSYS ACRPRDCT
According to the provided data you have as motherboard: Zebronics ZEB-945 (socket 775)

An oem_slp Product ID is used by pre-installed Windows and this Product ID is from Acer.
The way how oem_slp activation works is via the BIOS.
This activation can only be done by a crack.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.

I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.
