BSOD at random times, Newly Built PC

Hey guys any information you can give me would be great. I built this machines and it's had BSOD out of the box so i'm thinking a piece of hardware might be the cause. I ran memtest86 and it showed 0 erroes. Here is the zip file.

    Try updating your graphics drivers,

    Code:
Unable to load image atikmdag.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmdag.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmdag.sys
     atikmdag+0x3c179
    Code:
    Loaded symbol image file: atikmdag.sys
        Image path: atikmdag.sys
        Image name: atikmdag.sys
        Timestamp: Thu Nov 20 18:30:27 2014 (546EA3C3)
        CheckSum: 0121F198
        ImageSize: 01284000
        Translations: 0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
They are getting flagged in your last few dumps.

Are you using an HDMI cable to something?

Just curious because an ATI audio driver is also getting some attention as a possible cause.

I would think it would get updated with the graphics driver.

Thank you so much for the reply. I'll seek updates for my graphics card immediately. No HDMI here, Currently using a DVI cable.
