Frequent BSOD during downloads, verifying files, and playing games

Hello I just finished building my own computer. There haven't been any issues besides this and it's been really getting on my nerves. I've tried many things from memory diagnostic to defragmenting my HDD to chkdsk /r. I've updated all my drivers through TweakBit and it seemed to help until the most recent crash which was caused by an "uncorrectable hardware error". This could've been caused by me overclocking my CPU but the overclock was within reasonable distance.

I've been pulling my hair out trying to fix this issue but I've had no luck. I attached all the crash dumps since yesterday, hopefully you guys will be able to find something. Thank you.

You are running an ASUS Product ID (PID) on an MSI board.
    This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.
    Code:
    OS Configuration: Standalone Workstation
    OS Build Type: Multiprocessor Free
    Registered Owner: Mohammed
    Registered Organization:
Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00173 <-- ASUS PID on MSI board
Original Install Date: 12/10/2015, 9:11:13 PM
System Boot Time: 12/12/2015, 2:58:36 PM
I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.
