Consistent BSOD Error 0x0000001E on New Build

This computer is a new build, here are the specs.

    Dual Intel Xeon E5-2680 2.7GHz 8-Core Processors
Sandisk Extreme Pro 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

NVIDIA Quadro M4000 8GB Video Card
    NVIDIA GeForce GT610
EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
    Supermicro X9DAI Motherboard (Current Bios)
    32GB Samsung RAM M393B1K70DH0-CK0

I've also attached the dmp files from your BSOD resource program.

Essentially I'm getting this error randomly, but mostly on booting or restarting. It could happen while using the windows install dvd, in safemode, or just while browsing the internet. Its very random. I always eventually get the computer up and running, but it typically takes 5 or more restarts.

I've run memtest, and all the ram checks out fine. I have not tested each individual stick, just all together.

I've been troubleshooting this for well over a week now and I'm at my wits end...I don't know where else to go. Any help would be huge!!

    Thank you!
    Dustin
