BSOD random in 5 machines, Lenovo e73 error 0x0000003B

    Hi,

First of all, sorry for my english, i'm not a native speaker.

we have 6 machines Lenovo e73 with random BSOD. Some of them crash while beeing idle, some of them just signing into windows, some of them only when network is attached.

Also we have more Lenovo products like lenovo e70 with the same configuration, same programs and same domain and they are not crashing.

We are making tests reinstalling Windows 7 64 bit SP1, and in some of them have noticed that until we don't connect them to the internet they doesn't splash the Blue screen.

Also we're thinking about the possibility that Nod32 version 8 is the responsable of this problem, last tests are making that the computer without the nod32 antivirus seems stable.

We have tested reinstalling old and new drivers for the ethernet from official support page of lenovo... Problem remains.

Running hotfix doesn't fix the problem (solution from here Blue Screen Error 0x0000003b [Solved] - 9800gt - Windows 7 )

Lenovo has some memtest programs accessing via F8 while it is booting, running the problems it says there is a problem with the Hard Drive, and when we run the check and repair option it says that there are no problems with the disk.

also running chkdsk /f or /r ... Doesn't work also.

Solutions like removing the rams and putting them again were worthless for us.

Running the machines from a Live Usb with Ubuntu 12.04 and 14.04 works perfect.

I have attached two .zip files with the results of the DM Log Collector. I think tests are ok.

We have tried many options and none of them worked for us:

    Windows 7 64-bit BSOD, Stop error 0x00000001E, 3B and 50

    Multiple BSOD, running idle

    https://communities.intel.com/thread...art=0&tstart=0

BSOD stop code 3b, unclear cause - Drivers - Windows 7

    https://social.technet.microsoft.com...rum=windows7es

Here are the 2 zip files and a picture of the exact error ( I think I have copied right, but just in case
    STOP: 0x0000003B (0x00000000C0000005, 0xFFFFF80003B7C1e0, 0xFFFFF8802A584D0, 0x0000000000000000) ).

Thank you for your time and your posts on this website. They helped us a lot to troubleshoot and discard some options.

I don't have time to look at all the files, but ESET Nod32 is flagged as an issue. The only suggestion I can give you is to replace it on all machines with MSE (as a test) and see if the systems stay stable.

    Hi Golden,

For now, we have uninstalled Nod32 to a couple of machines and they seem to be stable.

I would like to know how did you read those lines or from what file? Do I need a program for reading this logs?

    Thank you for your time!!
