# Windows 7: 0x000003B problem

 14 Dec 2015 #1 kennymoody Win8.1 5 posts 0x000003B problem Hi Golden we have the same problem with 0x000003B , Lenovo M73 ( not E ) , Win7 64Bit SP1 and NOD32 anti-virus I have downloaded sat2 minidump and have a look by using bluescreenview and I found out that I have that same error with him I am wondering what tools you are using to check the result to find out that "ehdrv.sys" cause the problem ? so that I can also have a look to my minidump to confirm it ? This 0x000003B problem should be come after the latest windows update .... two computer is still testing the problem in our office , one with NOD32 version 9 , and one without NOD32 Thanks so much Regards, Kenny My System Specs

Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below DM Log Collector.exe 2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts. 3.
