BSOD during shutdown or restart sequence

I have started to have problems during shutdown or restart sequence. When I shut down my laptop (start>shutdown) it looks like it will shut down completely but then it turns on by itself and shows BSOD. Here is the picture of BSOD.

Can someone explain to me how to solve it.

Also I have attached Minidump folder from Windows.

Run SeaTools(DO NOT RUN FOR SSDS) SeaTools for DOS and Windows - How to Use Also run MemTest86+ for 8 passes. It must be MemTest86+.
