BSOD playing ultra street fighter 4

I after the BSOD I tried restarting the computer a few times. However, this didn't work, it would always crash. I then tried reinstalling my operating system, I've tried that three times, however everytime I would install my nvida driver for my 560 ti, I would receive the BSOD when I tried restarting. I tried a few different versions of the nvida drivers, but none have work, including an Nvida driver issued by windows update, but nothing worked. I know the video card still works, I'm currently using it with the default windows video driver, but any nvida driver just causes my computer to crash when booting. I've been working on this for about 13 hours now.

I tried going though this carefully a few times I received an error messages about a .dll file being "asked to terminate in an usual way" Any ideals about how to get around this?

Try updating Windows 7 fully first (excluding the Optional Updates)

I went ahead and updated everything that was not criticalAttachment 378966, but now it only gives me a BSOD when I try restarting after installing the driver, adhering to the instructions of course. I have updated the log collector data. The last two crashes are when I updated my windows update to everything not critical.Attachment 378967

I just called my video card's manufacturer, EVGA, and I explained everything I've done, the first call, they said to use DDU display driver uninstaller. I tried re-installing my drivers like the guide explains, but to no avail. I called a second time and they said that my power supply might be failing. I don't have another system, power supply, or friends or family that do, So this looks like I'm just going to have to order a new power supply. Does anyone else have any suggestions as to how to get my video card to work with nvida drivers?
