Having randons BSOD caused by ntoskrnl.exe

Just a question, I bought a Windows 7 Ultimate activation key. Is there someway I can put it on my non genuine Windows without having to reinstall it?

I made a clean install of Windows. Got 1 BSOD already.
**Got this BSOD while installing Avast, don't know if it's related.

I just realized something interesting: if I close all programs, and don't use my computer, no errors occurs. But when I open a game, or start watching YouTube, it occurs frequently.
