PC freezing, restarting and giving BSOD'S

Since I bought my PC, randons BSOD appear (most of them caused by ntoskrnl.exe and some caused by hal.dll)

    >WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR,
    >KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED,
    >DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION,
    >IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    >DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE
    >SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (NEW)
    >REGISTRY_ERROR (NEW)

    Computer also freezes and restart.

I have already updated the drivers and sent my PC to a technical and he verified all hardware, but couldn't find anything. Memory was tested using Memtest for 24 hours, nothing detected. HD also has been tested.

If more information is needed just request.
    Thanks.

    Computer Specifications:
    Asus M5A78L-M LX/BR
    AMD Radeon HD 7850
    AMD FX-6300 Six-Core 3.50 GHz
    8Gb Kingstone
    1 Tb Sata
    Corsair CX500

OBSERVATION: This topic was migrated from Windows 8 Forums because I updated my system to Windows 10 (the BSOD marked "NEW" started happening after the upgrade). Old topic: Windows 8 Forums

Ok, so that was my original post at TEN FORUMS (Having randons BSOD caused by ntoskrnl.exe - Windows 10 Forums). I formated my pc and installed Windows 7. Haven't seen any BSOD yet, but my computer is restarting every hour. I brought the post here, since I am using a new OS.

First BSOD just happened (after the screen froze), so I will be uploading the file for analysis (and the BSOD image).

EDIT: 10 minutes later, my screen froze, I had to restart my pc. While it was iniciating, it restarted.

You are running an Acer Product ID (PID) on an ASUS board.
    This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.
    Code:
    Configura‡Æo do SO: Esta‡Æo de trabalho aut“noma
Tipo de compila‡Æo do sistema operacional: Multiprocessor Free
    Propriet*rio registrado: PC10
    Organiza‡Æo registrada:
Identifica‡Æo do produto: 00426-OEM-8992662-00006 <-- Acer PID on ASUS board
    Data da instala‡Æo original: 14/12/2015, 14:47:20
    Tempo de Inicializa‡Æo do Sistema: 16/12/2015, 19:21:55
    Fabricante do sistema: System manufacturer
I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.

Ok, you really can't analyse a not genuine Windows? Because I can't buy a genuine version.

I've done it a few times, because I didn't knew the installation wasn't genuine, but it is really a waste of time.
Tons of pages of possible things you can try but nothing helps improving the system even a little bit.

It really isn't worth it to do + it would be against the rules

You misunderstood me, or I didn't wrote it properly.

I meant to say, post the report when you have bought a copy and clean installed it so I can check it.
