    BSOD: APC_Index_Mismatch STOP: 0x01; notskrnl.exe

I have this laptop that constantly gives me the BSOD when I reach the login screen. I've reviewed the BlueScreenView, WinDbg, and WhoCrashed. From my VERY limited understanding of DMP files, it seems like the issue lies within "ntkrnlmp.exe". Unfortunately I'm not sure where to go from there so i've tried running the windows recovery tool, chdsk /r, sfc /scannow, and partition magic recovery tool but I'm still encountering the same BSOD. Any ideas?

I apologize for the late response, while in the middle of trying the update the drivers the laptop went dead. It seems the DC connector shorted out and now will not power back on. I've tested different power adapters and at this point the problem is with the DC port. When plugging in the adapter, the blue ring on the DELL adapter goes blank and doesn't comeback unless I plug it into another outlet. The laptop is under warranty so off the DELL is goes. Thanks Golden for you help! I greatly appreciate it!

    Sorry for the double post!
