    Run the dm log collector again and upload a new zip.
    Have you removed the DB3 and DriverToolkit software with their drivers?

    Yes I did uninstall db3 and driver toolkit with their drivers.

    Why have you reinstalled your system?

    This Product ID makes your system counterfeit, because it is from HP.
    This makes that I can't help you further until you reinstall your system again with a genuine activation and prove that your system isn't counterfeit by posting the report of Windows Genuine and Activation Issue Posting Instruction
