Hi hao19,
I'm very sorry for the delay, there aren't many people in this section.
Are you still requiring help?
If so, please use the tool again and upload a new zip file.
Wouldn't be worth it, because the data is simply old.
In the 6 days things that are relevant could have happened what will be missed then.
Now I cannot shutdown normally, instead, my laptop just displays this weird graphical glitch
I now no longer get the blue screen error but I can no longer shutdown my computer normally. Instead, I have to use the command "shutdown -s -t 0" to shutdown my laptop. This seems to be due to the fact that the Microsoft Watchdog Timer cannot start and in device manager it shows the message, "This device cannot start. (Code 10)"
Please make a screenshot of your device manager and run following command in admin command prompt 3 times
Code:chkdsk /r
I had that after downgrading from win 10 forcing me to format and fresh install win 7. Its to do with either the bios settings for the hdd being incorrectly set to IDE instead of SATA or it could be the win hdd was renamed from c:\ to another letter, if you have tge blue screen on every boot during the boot logo then a reinstall is all that will fix it. But if you are able to login and use the computer then it is something else that im not sure of
