I did not know I had malware on my computer. I have just bought ESET Antivirus and running a scan now to get rid of this. This has all come about since I upgraded my SSD to 240GB from 120GB and an additional 4GB Ram in my laptop when I was in Mayalasia. Maybe the laptop cannot handle more SSD? I was told by the technician that there was no compatibility issues??? I have Run Memtest86 and there is no problem with the RAM and done a Kingston SSD Hardrive check and there was no errors. I have also updated my Graphics card driver to the latest... I dont know what else to do?

That OEM key is a well known, W7 Ultimate internet published code.
As your system is an Acer and thats an HP key your installation is counterfiet.
Install your original OS and product key.
