Question for ya....If I have tried Panasonic's and Intel's driver package why would this still being acting up? That's where I'm confused.
That's a good question, I don't have an answer for you though. We can look at the bugcheck for possibilities but you can see here the usual causes are just about everything.

That's just a section of it to show you, I would be focusing on that driver myself.
If the card functions when it isn't crashing, then there is something about the driver or something else causing that driver to crash.
What that something else might be is not showing itself to me, I'm far from an expert though.
