PC just restarts and I'm told my overclock failed

I put my computer into sleep mode and when it sleeps many times it won't wake up. When I hard reset, it gives me problems. I'm not getting the actual BSOD but I am getting random restarts on bootup after I have to hard reset. I also get a message saying "Overclock failed press F1 to return to stock settings." The thing is that I'm not overclocked though. I don't overclock. Everything's at stock. I figured I should upload the results of the zip folder anyways to see if it's a problem you guys could help me with. So here's the folder. If you need anymore info let me know. Thanks!

update: I disabled hybrid sleep and hibernate because I'm running my OS on an SSD and I heard those can mess with it. I do let it go to sleep though.

Actually now I remember being told here that I probably had bad sata cables and I forgot to replace them. So I bought some more and I'm going to replace all the sata cables.

Patrick mate so did the new cables sort the problem?? Now it might be an idea to see what the temps are in the machine Speccy - Free Download - Piriform send back a snip or just type the temps.

I would also do these just to rule out anything simple

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Disk Check - use Option 2 and if needed the /f and /r switches
    no go then these

SUPERAntiSpyware | Remove Malware | Remove Spyware - AntiMalware, AntiSpyware, AntiAdware!
https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/ when downloading and installing watch out for the tick box for the trial version untick it if you do not want to trial it (see below)
    AdwCleaner Download
(NB if you have Kaspersky installed it may rave on about the download – ignore it or disable it for the duration of the download/scan)
