Uninstall Avast and install Microsoft Security Essentials for testing purposes.
Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU).

i had unisntalled avast antivirus and seems like didnt happen again....
it start happen again...
so i uninstall the graphic driver using that DDU.
however, how do i install back the graphic card driver?
Please post the new dumps. You install the graphics driver back by going to your GPU's manufacturer website and download them from there.
