well ,thermal paste has been replaced twice the last month one time when i replaced motherboard but with old cooler
and last week with new cooler it was done by professional so i do not suspect it is not good enough.

i did the stress test earlier this morning as told you the max temp was 45 did not find any problem

where does it leaves us at this point?

IMHO you shouldn't keep saying that because some tech person did it it is good and doesn't give problems.
Everyone can make mistakes, it is better to let someone else who you know from does know it check it instead.

Prime95 doesn't stop by itself and yes you can stop it, 6 hours is more then enough.
What is the highest temperature the CPU reached?

That is a very low temp :)

Please try to update the BIOS, you are using version FA dating 12th Dec 2015 while there is version F7 dating 11th Aug 2015 available
    GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1150 - GA-H81M-HD3 (rev. 1.0)
Be careful with updating the BIOS, if something goes wrong it may be possible that you brick it meaning you can't use the motherboard anymore.
Although this risk is always present, updating the BIOS sometimes solves problems.

To come back at my other suggestions, have you already done something with testing the PSU and what is it you don't understand with updating the graphics card drivers.

If you don't understand something, please ask.

How recent are the files in C:\Windows\Minidump\?

If they aren't recent enough, please make sure the following is done
    1. In the services, search services.msc, check for the Windows Error Reporting Service and make sure the startup type is manual. Right click the service > properties to change the startup type.
    2. Please check the dump settings
    3. Dump Files - Configure Windows to Create on BSOD
