No file is attached?
sorry i chosed the file but did not upload them i guess
If you guys dont mind, I am interfering at the middle of the troubleshooting process.
A stop 0x7A may not create a crash dump, specially in this case where it does not find any disk to record the dump. From the image supplied by espresso1 ......
For 0x7A, If the error status is 0xC000000E, 0xC000009C, 0xC000009D or 0xC0000185, it means the disk subsystem has experienced a failure. 0xC000000E means STATUS_NO_SUCH_DEVICE interpreted as A device that does not exist was specified.
Search for any update to the SSD firmware. Corsair does it via their forum.

Do one more thing, try to observe if the 0x7A BSODs are occurring during wake-up from sleep mode. Let us know.
hi
the reason i replaced my hdd was this mistake how is it relevant for the new ssd?
i can update the firmware what is the risk?
about the achi driver i found on gygabyte version of 2014/05/13 how can i check the date of my driver?
the 0x7A BSODs are happening while working on excel file or during internet surfing not during wake up
thank you
The SSD is the C drive.
and .....Code:Model Corsair Force LS SSD SCSI Disk Device Size 111.79 GB (120,031,511,040 bytes) Partition Disk #0, Partition #0 Partition Size 100.00 MB (104,857,600 bytes) Partition Disk #0, Partition #1 Partition Size 111.69 GB (119,926,685,696 bytes)
So it is definitely the C drive; and that is our primary target of attention in this case.Code:Drive C: Size 111.69 GB (119,926,681,600 bytes) Free Space 54.32 GB (58,325,704,704 bytes)
You will get the answer to this question in the links I supplied to you in my earlier post.
Your AHCI driver is of August 2013.
Code:Name Intel(R) 8 Series/C220 Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller Driver c:\windows\system32\drivers\iastora.sys (12.8.0.1016, 629.85 KB (644,968 bytes), 07/08/13 15:23)Otherwise I would not have told you to update it.Code:Image name: iaStorA.sys Browse all global symbols functions data Timestamp: Fri Aug 02 07:09:52 2013 (51FB0DE8)
So it is not a power transition related issue, and we have to concentrate on the SSD only.
hi
it seems risky for me to try to upgrade the ssd software i heard about people who tried this and end up with erased disk
also i got warning about the ahci driver
the lab i bought the computer recommended to upgrade the intel rapid storage management driver
and to run registry mechanic to see if there are a lot of registry errors as a mark for possible operating system failure

i would like to hear your opinion about this and the solution i got here or another thing before i take action.

There will always be risks with updating the firmware, but that is why it is always recommended to make backups before updating the firmware and also make sure the backups are proper.
I would recommend to make sure you have a WinPE (Windows Pre Environment) in case your SSD is erased, with a proper backup you can then easily get your data back.
To note, a proper backup isn't just a copy/paste from location 1 to location 2 as that won't work. If one would try that some things will crash as there need to be an order for them to work, like you can't simply copy/paste Windows onto another disk because the system wouldn't know what file to use first.
My opinion (troubleshooting is fact oriented, opinion does not play in this ground) .....
If you have a lost a coin in a street at night, you need to search from where the coin dropped, not rightly under the lamppost.
But it seems that you are either afraid or reluctant to do what is needed. Then Neither fact nor opinion has anything to do.
hi
it seems that there is newer version of intel hd graphics
of what i have from 25.05.15 this version is from 04.08.15 10.18.14.4264
it seems logic to me that if the frequency of bsods decreased but error was the same
this upgrade maybe resolve the issue
this time i updated from the menu of drivers of the device manager i just press the update driver software from the right click menu of the display driver i really did not believe that it will find something but to my surprise it start downloading and installing
i hope this procedure is ok since last time i used the ddu on safe mode to uninstall the driver.
another thing about my windows update the check box of automatically update drivers was empty
i found it when making troubleshooting of windows update problems in control box
i update the ahci driver but only from 8/13 to 10/13 it says 05 /14 on gigabyte site but only gives october 2013
i tried to back up on cobian exe my D drive 98gb
but already 2 times got blue screen as attached
i cannot complete the back up.
to proceed with ssd corsair firmware upgrade or any other insight ?
