BSOD using chrome, Starcraft 2. infinite reboot loop, bad log file

Hi, Ill start with the basics.

What happened: I was using Chrome with SC 2 running in the background and all of the sudden I got green and pink squares all over my screen. Then the screen went black. When it came back up, i got BSOD which quickly disappeared and computer restarted. This started the infinite loop.

What I tried: Using the repair disk to no avail. I get this.

    Problem Event Name: StartupRepairOffline
    Problem Signature 01: 6.1.7600.16385
    Problem Signature 02: 6.1.7600.16385
    Problem Signature 03: unknown
    Problem Signature 04: 21199852
    Problem Signature 05: AutoFailover
    Problem Signature 06: 19
    Problem Signature 07: 0x116
    OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
    Locale ID: 1033

I tried "sfc /scannow" I get this: There is a system repair pending which requires reboot to complete. Restart Windows and run sfc again.
I rebooted and still got the same message every time i tried. I found a work around and it said I have a bad log file. logs/CBS/cbs.log

Everything i've found concerning this issue can be resolved from the desktop start menu.... i cant get that far, im stuck in X: as far as I know.

    System restore did nothing.
    Memory diag did nothing.
start up repair just gives me that message.

Where I am now: From everything I can find 0x116 is a graphics card issue so this log file shouldnt be impeding me this badly. I think it is graphics card due to the way this started. No idea where to go from here.

Any and all help is much appreciated. I can reply with any addition info right away.

    Update:
I just got the BSOD info. i had to film it and freeze frame on it because it disappears so fast when it begins to reboot.

A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these instructions.
Check for virsuses on your computer, remove any newly installed hard drive controllers, check your hard drive to amke sure it is properly configured and *something*
Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then retart your computer.

    Technical Information;
***Stop:0x00000078, *i cant read the rest, it gets blurry and the start button is in the way.

    Additional information is required.

    1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

    DM Log Collector.exe

    2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
    3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

I cant do that. I am stuck in an infite reboot loop. My BIOS loads, then I start to see windows load and I get the BSOD. After a few seconds, it reboots.

I hope I'm not stepping on anyone's toes, just moving things along.

Download Kaspersky Rescue CD skip the scanning step and use it to browse your
file system offline. (a how-to tutorial)(*Kaspersky Rescue CD from a USB thumbdrive)

You can manually check the minidump folder.
    Code:
    C:\Windows\minidump
If dump files are present in that folder copy them to the Desktop or a flash drive, zip and upload in your next post.

If you're unable to follow the instructions rules, please report back.
What is the bugcheck code you're getting?

Follow this tutorial and select Disable Automatic Restart on System Failure that way it won't restart
right away and you can snap a picture of the BSOD.

    Upload it here.

    Back to you Colin.

Are you able to boot in Safe Mode? If so, navigate to C:/Windows/Minidump.....are there any .dmp files present?
