Windows freezes or crashes randomly

My Windows have started to freeze or crash every once in a while. Sometimes I get a blue screen, but more often the whole thing just freezes. I can't move the mouse, I can't type anything, nothing works, I need to power off the laptop.

Laptop: Dell E5430, 2x4GB RAM, 128GB SSD + 500GB HDD
I boot the Windows from SSD, earlier the 100 MB boot partition was on the HDD, but I had to move it to the SSD.

I have atteched the dumps, please check them from the beginning of December 2015.

Short, check your manufacturer for driver updates.
If no updates are available, reinstall the drivers to remove corruption.
