    Bsod after a screen outage

So this usually happens after launching or playing a game, all of a sudden my screen says that it lost signal for a second then it comes back, afterwards windows usually will pop a message up from the bottom saying that it recoverd from a screen timeout or something then the very next game I try to launch throws a BSOD,

    the BSOD says

Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed.

*Then yaks about what to do with making sure drivers are up to date and stuff*

    Technical information:

    ***STOP: 0x00000116 (0xFFFFFA800B63F4E0, 0xFFFFF8800400CE98, 0x0000000000000000, 0
    x0000000000000002)

    *** atikmpag.sys - Address FFFFF8800400CE98 base at FFFFF88004000000, DateStamp
    564be832

    *then dump progress and such*

and I went ahead and ran your Dm log collector, opened it up and found out i need help reading this stuff Lol!

So I attached the zip! Hope you guys can help! Thanks in Advance!

Hello and welcome SfcoAwol mate you have several problem devices that need attention (see pic) and yes you have dropped on one of the BSOD issues and the fix for that is usually to uninstall the Catalyst Control Centre and use just the driver for the graphics device.
Now if we had some system specs it would be reasonably easy to find that driver
System Info - See Your System Specs

    Code:
    SYMBOL_NAME: atikmpag+ce98

    FOLLOWUP_NAME: MachineOwner

    MODULE_NAME: atikmpag

    IMAGE_NAME: atikmpag.sys

    DEBUG_FLR_IMAGE_TIMESTAMP: 564be832

    FAILURE_BUCKET_ID: X64_0x116_IMAGE_atikmpag.sys

    BUCKET_ID: X64_0x116_IMAGE_atikmpag.sys
