    BSOD when shuting down my computer


    Hi all,
    I was tring to shut down my computer but it takes a long time and gets stuck on the "shuting down" screen ,sudently it shows up a bluescreen (i cooldn't reed what is writen there),it hapened to me three times now, i added a screenshot of the information that shows up after reboot about the problem and also the file i got after executing the "dm log collector.exe".Thanks with advence and sorry for my bad english .

    it is the first time that you face this issue and when this is happened? or is already happened ?

    if it is first time happened and did you make any specific changes like did you install any software or hardware, did you install or uninstall any software, game or application that might can be issue ?

    If you install any software that causing the issue, uninstall that particular software

    if it is happened recently then try system restore, to run the system restore, click on start>>Run>typed "Rstrui.exe" (without quote)

    1. Download the DM Log Collector application to your desktop by clicking the link below

    DM Log Collector.exe

    2. Run it by double-clicking the icon on your desktop, and follow the prompts.
    3. Locate the .ZIP file that is created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

    Update your system, the pictures show you are running 7600 (without service pack) while others are running 7601 (service pack installed).
    Updating your system solves vulnerabilities, increases stability and performance and may solve your problem.

    As axe0 mentioned, the first thing is to update Windows 7 completely. Then check for an updated Railink bluetooth adpater driver.
