Computer doesnt start. BSOD after loading classpnp.sys

I dont have a way to backup anything since my drive is 500GB for my OS drive is more than half full and the other 250GB drive is too full already as well. and the other drives i have laying around are also too full so im stuck with it till it goes out.
90% of it is music, videos, and pictures. and the rest is games and tid-bits of other things and the OS.
I also have loads of games on the other drive as well. (the "other" drives i have that aren't connected have games and photos and stuff on them as well.. but still not enough space to do a backup of everything on this drive..

i also have my two drives inter-connected with shortcuts to programs back-and-forth-ing between the drives so changing out the drive would break a lot of program shortcuts and game shortcuts (and a few folder shortcuts.)
I also have my pagefile split between both drives for enhanced performance (dedicated pagefile partition at the far edge of both drives around 4GB each)
for total of 8GB pagefile with reasonable speed in chance that my computer runs out of physical memory (to close the offending program)
I do keep my drives clean and defrag on an average regular schedule to keep them in shape and keep the performance up

been a few months and no changes. still running just fine. I've read that a total low level format can heal mysterious bad sectors that just appear like this. is that possible?

I might have to purchase a 2TB drive to store all my files though. since I've accumulated an enormous amount of documents videos pictures and games.
