random BSOD and no windows update

I'm having a random crashing of my laptop resulting into BSOD. there is no signs before it crashes.
also my computer can't get any windows update to work even though it turned on. it says I have to restart and obviously I did, several of times, and it doesn't change.

I would love some help.
thank you.

2. Run the tool, and then click Copy - ignore any errors if they appear

3. Use CTRL+V to paste the unedited results of the tool here in your next reply

Also run MSINFO32 from the start menu. Click File > Export, save to a .txt file, and upload that file here.
