    bsod updating video driver no visuals


    hello i got the bsod and now its only letting me go into system repair mode. i use an hdmi cord since my lcd iscracked. have no money to replace it right now. my hdmi isnt working so i cant see my screen. my mouse and keyboard is working fine. can anyone direct me on how to do a system repair with no visuals pls thank you.

    Hello Voxtrott and welcome to Sevenforums! :)

    Sorry for the late reply but have you tried to press F8 at boot and then press the arrow up key once and press enter. Pressing F8 should take the computer to a screen like this:

    And by pressing up you should be able to highlight the repair my computer option. Though looking online it seems that it varies what is highlighted when pressing F8.

    this didnt work
    i was the f8 screen and i pushed up then enter and it went to bsod again and then i tried again and only pushed enter and it went to the blue repair screen. i cannot see the screen options. any othet suggestions?

    Well I'm sorry Vox but if you are not able to see anything, it's really hard for us to help you.

    And you are sure there are no other display options than the HDMI?

    Have you tried to get down to "Enable low-resolution video"?
