As mentioned earlier, the CPU reports the problem, there hasn't been anything specific said about the possible cause. This kind of crashes usually don't mention anything specific as possible cause.

Just a little information.

After putting your cpu back on the motherboard make sure you remove all thermal compound from the cpu and cooler and install new compound. Here is a little tutorial on how to do that.

Have you tested the hard drive?
Like axe0 has stated it could be many things and maybe more than one thing.
I try to never assume their is only one problem.

I'm not a BSOD expert by any means. You could have a hardware problem.

Use RealTemp to monitor your temps. It work very well with Intel cpu's.

I'm thinking that the bent pins on the old motherboard could of damaged your cpu.
The bent pins could of shorted across circuits on your cpu. You could try and RMA your cpu.

Here is the tricky part.
Bent pins on a motherboard can damage a cpu.
A damaged cpu could of done damage to your new motherboard.

This is why is so important to install these thing with great care.
If the same person that installed your cpu and bent the pins or didn't notice the bent pins, is also the person that installed your motherboard I would recommend have that installation redone by someone else.
Installing a cpu or motherboard is not difficult. You just have to have some basic knowledge and be very careful of what and how you do things and what not to do.

Example:
The oil from your hands and fingers can damage the pins circuits on the motherboard or the surface of the cpu that touches the pins on the motherboard. That is why you should never touch those surfaces. The gold contacts on your ram or video card should not be touched either.

You need to list the exact ram you have installed.

666MHz is low yes, but it is DDR (double data rate) meaning you have to double it.

Mine modules run on ~1600MHz, 800*2=1600MHz

Cruz if you tick on the little ram in Speccy you will see exactly what ram is being used.
