Ok I think this is what you wanted me to post and I know for a fact that this ram should be at least 1600mhz because when i bought it it said like 2133mhz....

Ok I can confirm it is 2133mhz and the 2 all the way to the right in the picture meaning 2 sticks.

What your picture shows is you have 2 sticks of ram (2X8 gig) at 1333 mhz speed.
Do these these things.
1. Post a website with the exact ram you have. You might have to remove a stick to get the info.
2. Post a picture of CPU-Z 1.75 for a 64 bit system like this.

Also I think I know why its at 666mhz. A while back I unoverclocked my CPU in bios setting everything back to default could that have caused this?

Your CPU frequency has nothing to do with the memory frequency and I already explained why speccy shows 666MHz in a previous post in this thread
