BSOD 0x00000124 during gaming, normal use, and idling.

Hey there, having some issues with my first new build in years

    The Problem
Very random BSOD's with a STOP 124 error, usually HAL.DLL and NTOSKRNL.EXE are the related crash files. From what I've been able to Google, its a pretty generic hardware error; could be anything. They seemed to get a little less frequent after upgrading to W7x64SP1, but I'm not so sure now that i've reinstalled from a different media. I can be doing anything from playing Fallout 4/GTAV, to browsing reddit. I even get them idling at the desktop.
    What I've done so far
So far, I've replaced the Graphics Card, Storage (upgraded to an ssd from an old hdd), and reinstalled Windows from two separate media. Tried altering C-states in UEFI, no luck. Windows safemode has yet to BSOD on me, but I'm not sure if that's indicative of anything. I've ran checks on the memory (all good), but have yet to run memtest86 from a usb drive. My thinking is this may be motherboard related, as my mobo is a Refurb (yay microcenter replacement plan.) However I am at a loss.

Alright, so after some poking around in the 'eventlog' file, i've found that each BSOD is caused by the same error.
    Log Name: System

    Task: N/A
    Level: Error
    Opcode: Info
    Keyword: N/A

    Description:
A fatal hardware error has occurred.

The details view of this entry contains further information.
Does this mean my CPU is bad? Could my Mobo be bad and give the same error?

You are running an Alienware Product ID (PID) on an ASRock board.
    This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.
    Code:
    OS Configuration: Standalone Workstation
    OS Build Type: Multiprocessor Free
    Registered Owner: Jim
    Registered Organization:
Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00008 <-- Alienware PID on ASRock board
Original Install Date: 2/1/2016, 4:39:09 PM
System Boot Time: 2/3/2016, 4:40:43 PM
System Manufacturer: To Be Filled By O.E.M.
I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.
