    BSOD caused by hal.dll and ntoskrnl.exe

    I built my system about 6 months ago and only recently I have been getting BSOD at random times. I ran memtest which detected no errors. There are some days where I can use my PC all day with no BSOD. The temperatures seem fine as well. I have GPU overclocking software installed, but I have never used them.

    EDIT: I was playing an MMO called Blade and Soul at the time of the crashes. I ran sfc /scannow and there were no integrity violations

    Please let me know if you need more information.

    Hiya and welcome to SevenForums!

    BnS fan aswell? Awesome!

    Code:
    BugCheck 124, {0, fffffa800d555028, bf800000, 124}

    Probably caused by : hardware

    Run Furmark, if the temps goes too high stop the test. Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

    Run MemTest86+ for 8 passes, It must be MemTest86+. RAM - Test with Memtest86+

    Run Magician on your Samsung SSD

    Run Prime95, if the temps goes too high stop the test. Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

    Test the volts of the PSU using HWInfo, download the correct version and open it. After you've opened it click Sensors-only and run. Now scroll down to the power section and screenshot the power section.

    Thank you for the reply. It will take some time to run all of these tests. I will post when I am finished.
