Factory installation must to be accompanied by a COA sticker. There is no exception.

If you know that it is a factory install but it does not have a COA, then what you know is wrong. It is not a factory installed OS, and you are cheated, ripped off.
It is probably somewhere in the papers that came with it.

That's my last bet, if it isn't there then you got ripped off. Where did you buy it from? I live in the Scandinavian area aswell and we (almost) have the same stores. So where did you buy it from?

Since i can understand a little it seems like this is only a netshop, that's probably you don't have a COA sticker, they ripped it off.

No, bilka is most definitely not just a netshop. It is one of the biggest if not the biggest discount stores in denmark, with more than 50.000 people shopping there every day in their 18 "hypermarkets" as they call them.

    YAY! another bluescreen.

EDIT: I just wanted to ask how you open the .dmp files, because i can only open dump files from ARK in visual studio, not from the bluescreen, even though it is the exact same file format.

    Bsod again...

    It happened again.

I don't have anything else than the picture as it failed to create a memory dump.
