    yes exactly, sorry
uninstalled all old drivers, catalyst, AMD manager. Rebooted then installed only the graphics driver from the 16.1.1 installer. :)

    sweet!!!!

i never use the extra crap in the driver package, just CIM and the driver itself.

by the way, slipstreaming the drivers with ntlite works a treat

but, the free version has limited removals, which may be enough for your needs, the licensed you get everything.

Report us back for any further issue. We have to notice how long it remains out of the "display driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered" issue with another driver version.

the problem came back "amd driver stopped responding and has recovered". After many formats and installing win 7 and win 8.1, I tried different game "GTA V" to see what happens. With "GTA V" the screen goes black for 0.1 sec like a flicker whenever I press the mouse button.

Found out the problem with TeamViewer specially the QuickConnect button if you toggle it off the problem disappears. So far everything is stable I will keep monitoring and reply if anything changes but I hope this is the End of the problem :)

The "display driver stopped responding and has recovered" is mostly a hardware related issue. I wanted you to use multiple version of display driver just to be sure.

It appears that you have got a fix. My best wish that it will work for you. If not, my suggestion would be to have another graphics card. If your one is within warranty, RMA it.

You may not readily believe what I have said. Search for "display driver stopped responding and has recovered" in google. You will get thousands of different fixes. None will give you a real fix. I have tested them all before dumping my own card due to the same issue.
