BSOD Randomly, multiple error codes (x3b,x1e etc.)

CPU:AMD 6300

RAM: DDR3 16GB (2X8

There are various different bugcheck codes with various different probable causes. So before attempting anything else, better you test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest86+ for at least 8 consecutive passes.

If it start showing errors/red lines, stop testing. A single error is enough to determine that something is going bad there.

It would be better if you can take a camera snap of the memtest86+ window before closing it and upload it here.
