BSOD, using Chrome, Android Studio, Error 0x000000FE

This has been happening on occasion while doing various tasks, I purchased a customized laptop and was having issues when I upgraded (unwillingly) to W10, so I reverted back to Windows 7 through clean install. There are dumps mainly for USB_BUGCODE_ERRORs but there is also one for POWER_DRIVER_ERROR (not sure if that was the title BSOD displayed or not). I'd appreciate any help as I have exhausted all of my knowledge.

All crashes are caused by USB drivers, from where you get the drivers (no driver update program) you should install the USB drivers.

Thanks I will try out the links you provided and see if this helps. I have already tried to manually update and install all drivers but I might have missed something before.

Yeah, I know, apparently at some point the site was compromised because what I was seeing is not what was actually there. Any time Driver or Drivers appeared on this page a link to tweak-bit driver updater was given. This software is malware/scam-ware/scare-ware rolled up into one. I have started the process of recovering my computer. Here is a screen shot of the links on the site:
