BSOD after uninstalling some Windows updates - netio.sys DRIVER_IRQL_N

Hello everyone! Recently, I had a bout of manually uninstalling Windows 7 telemetry and Get Windows 10 updates as well as disabling the tasks Consolidator, KernelCEIPTask, and UsbCeip of the Customer Experience Improvement Program. Exactly right after this happened, I now sometimes - especially when using many tabs in Chrome - get a blue screen telling me that netio.sys has a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error 0xD1, and sometimes this changes to a PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA error.

After a bit of research, some have told me this is due to a corrupt driver for my network card, but I've checked and I'm pretty sure I have the latest, uncorrupted driver, same with my graphics card drivers. Incidentally, my browser also now frequently has problems loading some websites' layouts properly, and sometimes, image files have visible tearing or noise unlike anything I've experienced before.

Attached is my minidump file as per the instructions. Does anyone have an inkling as to what may be going on here? Is one of the Windows updates I uninstalled perhaps essential in fixing this error? Thank you for any help! :)

It is an outdated driver, the Realtek Wireless LAN 802.11n PCI-E NIC Driver (c:\windows\system32\drivers\rtwlane.sys) is causing the issue, as far as I can see.

Try to update it from http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/...Downloads=true (RTL8192CE is what you will need) and see how it goes.

    Let us know.

Oh my, how silly. I had downloaded and unzipped the latest driver but never actually ran the setup all the way through. Thank you dearly; I shall report back if the BSOD happens again, but currently websites are loading properly again. ^.^
