    I suggest to get rid of ESET and use Microsoft Security Essentials as alternative.
    ESET has been flagged multiple times in multiple crashes.
    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *
    *                        Bugcheck Analysis                                    *
    *                                                                             *
    *******************************************************************************

    Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.
