Hello danhinze.
The latest BSOD was caused by SRTSP64.SYS which is part of Norton Internet Security 2008, I would recommend that you uninstall it and install MSE in its place for the time being to see if that will fix the issue.
There was also a BSOD caused 22 days earlier I don't know if you have updated the users system but that BSOD was caused by iaStorA.sys is the Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver, if you haven't already update it ASAP.
On 29th last month there was also a BSOD caused by TeeDriverx64.sys which is the Intel Management Engine Interface driver, also update it ASAP if you haven't already.
Cheers, Boris :)
The user does not have Norton Internet Security 2008 installed on this machine but does have Symantec End Point Protection. Could SRTSP64.SYS be apart of that as well?
Yes, it is still a part of Norton so yes that's the most probable cause of the problem.
Like I said in my first post I would recommend MSE as a temporary solution, it's up to you what Antivirus you then get for the costumer!
Cheers, Boris :)
