Right on, the same thought occurred to me. I moved it to the USB 2.0 plug 3 days ago. If I'm not back that means I've probably got it beat. Thanks for the help.

So, in fact I did not have it beat.

However, I had a eureka moment yesterday. I have a Dell 2405FPW monitor which has a built in USB hub that I started using in late 2015. I think this may be a USB 2.0 hub, which has been plugged into a 3.0 port.

Yesterday, I moved the FocusRite back to a 3.0 port (since moving it the 2.0 did nothing), and moved the in-monitor usb hub to a 2.0 port. Fingers crossed.

I removed all my usb peripherals (except mouse, keyboard, and the 2405FPW usb hub), and got a BSOD. At that point I was pretty confident that the hub in the monitor - the 2405FPW - is causing BSODs when my system wakes from sleep.

So on the 14th I removed the usb hub. No kidding, it's been 12 days and no BSOD (I've been averaging a BSOD every 2 days for a number of months now).

If anyone has an idea why my monitor's usb hub forces a DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, I'd love to know. Yesterday I ordered a front panel with 4 usb 3.0 ports.

Well, I'm getting BSODs again. I went about a month from June 14 to July 12 without a BSOD, but then they started on the regular (every few days) again. It's really annoying!

Hi Gerbus.

Sorry for not staying active, I'm just having a lot of stuff going on right now.

Have you noticed if the BSODs are different from the ones you first got?
