The drivers you updated earlier are both again flagged, but given the bugcheck (0x3B) there is a possibility this may be due to memory problems.

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 7 Forums

       Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

Have you used Ccleaner or disk cleanup or some similar utility to cleanup your system?
If you have and you haven't configured the settings you may have deleted the dumps required for troubleshooting.

Please check MSI for BIOS updates.

It isn't recommended to ask at more than 1 forum for help.

At first sight it looks like the Nvidia display driver is the cause of the crash, but looking a bit deeper reveals the Razer overlay driver being flagged.
Razer software and devices are known for being a bit problematic sometimes, a first suggestion would be to make sure that the software and drivers are up to date.

now that you mention Razor all the crashes started after I had to get a new mouse. I use Razors Synapse and update it every time I get the notice of new update. I will check the website to make sure I have the newest drivers.

I do not think I have any Iobit software running or loaded.

Thank you very much for your time and help.

had 3 crashes today all within a very short time. At the time of crash did not have Razor Synapse running. will try and find another mouse to replace the new Razor mouse I use now and see if that helps. The mouse I use now is Razer Naga Hex MOBA/Action-RPG Gaming Mouse and all the crashes started not long after I started to use this mouse.
