Assistance fix Bluescreen Problem

Could someone please have a look at the attached Minidump file and be kind enough to assist me with my bluescreen problem.

Hello Mark mate.

I just looked through the dmp file and I would recommend that you run in cmd as administrator:

sfc /scannow


chkdsk /r

Hi, My computer, Dell optiplex 760 Windows 7 Professional 32-bit, is crashing. The crashes often happen when i'm playing this game, League of legends, but it also crashes at random points while on a social media or gaming websites. How to fix? Help please.
