Windows 7 SP1 64-Bit

Hi, Boris!

I know for a fact that there is an optional NVIDIA update that needs to be installed. I have already tried installing that and it led to a BSOD. :/
I can give it a go if you'd like, but it will have to wait until this time tomorrow...
(I also tried downloading from the website, previously) Any thoughts?

Hm okay well maybe the BIOS update has cured something that caused the BSOD when installing that optional nvidia update.

Windows 7 SP1 64-Bit

A few notes:
1. Before doing any additional updates/driver installations, I just created a System Restore Point.
2. Those 5 Important Updates from the previous page are still currently uninstalled.
3. My network driver could not be found? This is strange considering I've already installed a TON of updates.
4. Am going to download the latest driver from Nvidia for my GTX 970 & ignore the Recommended update from Windows and see what happens. If it goes well, I'll follow up with the network driver. If anybody has any insight or tips, they will be most welcome.

I will post an edit upon downloading, installing and rebooting my PC with the video driver.

Edit: Video driver was successfully installed, just waiting for it to see how stable it is or not.
Restarted it a few times to test stability. Working on the Network drivers now (off my MOBO CD).
EditEdit: My ethernet driver is still installed, but shows no option to repair.
Fixed. It required two reboots to show that it was no longer on my system, but I reinstalled from the MOBO CD. Explorer crashed; restarted computer with CTRL+ALT+DEL.

Excellent News. I have an ethernet connection. Time to see if everything is stable. I'll just leave my computer on and wait for a crash.

SevenForums Team, shall I go ahead and install the remaining updates?

Will do. I'll report back on the status.
All is going well so far. I'm so stoked that after a year I can finally get this to work.

Edit: Completely up-to-date. Let's hope it stays this way with no issues.
Thank you all for your help,

EditEdit: Two days and no issues. Thanks again, all.
