Multiple random BSOD and Kernel-Power Errors

About 2 months ago I started getting daily BSOD and black screen reboots. At the time I was running Win10 and they started happening right after a windows update and video driver update. Some days the computer would reboot 3-4 times during the day.

I rolled back my video driver to latest stable, uninstalled the latest windows updates with no change.

I use computer daily for my work and had to do something quickly, so I order a 2nd SSD and installed a fresh copy on Win7x64 Ultimate w/sp1. I thought things were fixed as I went nearly 7 days before a reboot happened again.

Some times I get a BSOD, sometimes screen just goes black and system reboots. I lost several BSOD as my computer was not saving the .dmp files. Searched forums and made changes and last BSOD on 3/1 save a BAD_POOL_HEADER mini.dmp.

I've had 6 black screen reboots without BSOD or dump file since then, only record is the Kernel-Power in event log. Most happen during normal computer usage, sometimes idle with audio streaming.

I've run the following with no errors or reboots.

    memtest86+ for 18+ hours
    BurnInTest V8.1
    FurMark

I am running BOINC in the background and have tried disabling and still get reboots. CPU / GPU temps are consistently 45-50c.

I am running default BIOS settings for both CPU and ram with no overclocking. I updated to latest BIOS at the same time as the clean install.

Any help with solving this would be appreciated.

I've attached output from DM Log Collector to this post.

I have my original SSD with the Win10 install that was an upgrade from Win7 that I can boot to to run the DM Log Collector as well if this helps as it has a least one minidump as well and shows how frequently the Kernel power errors were occurring.

I've also run the following without errors:

    SFC /scannow
    chkdsk /f

New logs uploaded after BSOD with driver verifer enabled

Trying to get to bottom of this, I turned on driver verifier as shown in this tutorial Enable / Disable Verifier.

After enabling, my system will not boot. During boot up I immediately get a BSOD of IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL caused by hal.dll.

Most of the BSOD I've seen that were not recorded have been IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

Each time I rebooted computer, it came back to the same BSOD. Rebooted in safe mode and disabled Driver Verifier.

I've had four more Kernel-Power events with no blue screens this weekend. Each time machine was "idle." I would come back to the computer and it was at the login screen from a reboot.

    New logs attached.

Please make photo's everytime you see a bluescreen, it is an option to change the recovery options for the automatic restart after a crash. The most recent dump is from 6 days ago, also according to the event logs, and it doesn't exactly give much info.

axe0 - I had already made those changes. My startup & recovery are set as below. I am not seeing very many BSOD, just random computer restarts.

BorisTheAnimal - I just installed the newest on board audio driver which was posted on 3/8/16.

    USB - latest release
    LAN - latest release

Re-installed MB drivers. According to installer, North Bridge Filter Driver and AMD Sata AHCI Driver were not installed originally. All others were current.

Will wait to see how system responds now.

I've had two more Kernel-Power events after driver updates with NO BSOD. First occurred at 5:03 PM yesterday, second at 5:30am this morning.

When it happens, it is very quick. I've seen it happen 3-4 times. One time I was streaming audio and not touching computer, screen went black, sound went to static and computer rebooted.

Another time I was browsing the net, went to click on a link and screen went black, computer rebooted.

Most times I come back to computer and it is at login screen and when I login, it is a windows startup. No error messages are displayed, but if I go to event viewer, it shows new entry (or several) for Kernel-Power.

What are the 3.3v, 5v and 12v values according to the BIOS?
