Sounds more like a faulty port if the mouses have been connected in the same port(s).

Have you used EaseUS for backup, restore or was it only running in the background?
    Code:

I've used the EaseUS for cloning my Windows to SSD. I don't use it anymore. Well, maybe if I upgrade to a bigger SSD :)

You known that cloning isn't always proper and can cause problems? I and many others had to use a backup on SSD as cloning just doesn't go proper and I'm not only talking about the cloning process itself.

Anyway, please update/reinstall/remove EaseUS on a temporary base.

Well yes, it took me second try to get the SSD working. But it has worked pretty well. If I forget the fact that I can't copy anything... I can cut and paste but not copy and paste. But if my memory serves me right my setup crashed before the SSD and EaseUS. Can't be too sure though. But now I uninstalled the application.

Something I do when I've moved the OS to a different drive is checking the system files :)

    Diagnostics Test

     System File Check

    Please try following:
    • Open an admin command prompt
    • Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
    • When it finished reboot your system
    • Open again an admin command prompt
    • Enter sfc/scannow again

If sfc/scannow says "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them" after the second SFC, please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

Make a photo of the result and post it.
