Win7 64bit

I am getting this random BSOD lately.
Last few days i have been running memtest for more than 30hrs and it came back with no errors.
I am running an overclocked system which was stable for the past 2.5 years.
It's an I5 3570K overclocked to 4.2GHz@1.2V.
All temperatures never went above 65C full load stress testing.
Few days ago I updated to the latest F22 BIOS for my Z77-D3H rev 1.1. motherboard.
Still getting the same BSOD.
BSOD viewr gives me this:

I included the zip file with oall the required data so You cna check what could be causing that annoying BSOD.

If something else is needed just feel free to ask me and i will upload.

Thanks in advance.

You are running an ASUS Product ID (PID) on a Gigabyte board
This makes your installation counterfeit.
Troubleshooting a counterfeit installation is useless as it is not known what has been modified to your system.
A counterfeit installation contains heavily modified code which causes the system to behave in unexpected ways.
For this reason, analyzing counterfeit systems is unreliable and most analysts won't try it.

Original Install Date: 29.3.2013., 22:52:22
System Boot Time: 15.3.2016., 11:02:11
System Manufacturer: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.
I recommend to install a genuine copy of Windows.
If, after you have installed a genuine copy of Windows, you still get BSOD's we'll be happy to assist you.
