    BSoD when using Kodi 0x0000004A

I've notice whenever I am using KODI I tend to get BSoD. Attachment 383696 I have updated drivers and I still get an error 0X0000004A (...X....., ......X......, ETC). Any suggestion as to what I can do to resolve this ongoing issue?

Hello Jack and welcome to 7forums! :)

Please run the tool again, many files are missing!

Did you run it as instructed, as an administrator?

    Cheers, Boris :)

Ran the DM LOG Collector and I hope this can help someone in the forum tell me how to resolve the issue. BTW, from reading other forum related to this post, I am running Bitfinder

    Hello Jack.

    Sorry for not responding earlier!

Bitdefender is known to cause this bug check (0x4A), so please remove and replace BitDefender with Microsoft Security Essentials for temporary troubleshooting purposes as it's very likely causing conflicts:

BitDefender removal - How to uninstall Bitdefender

MSE - Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows

    Cheers, Boris :)
