Test is running now, It won't reach 8 passes until overnight so I'll check in tomorrow. I really do appreciate you following up.

Turns out I forgot to change it to run 8 passes and ran 4 instead. Running memtest again. Is it important all 8 passes be consecutive or running 4 and 4 sufficient? So far no errors although it does say note: may be vulnerable to high frequency row hammer bit flips.

EDIT: just checked it and memtest86 Froze 5:38 minutes into testing this time. I changed it from 4 tests to 8 tests and I changed it from cpu to sequential (maybe I shouldn't have, I was looking for where in the settings to change number of tests and changed that as well.)

Edit 2: Tried round robin and it froze on the same test (test 7) at the same time elapsed. Gonna try just single core again because maybe it is just me messing with stuff I shouldn't be.

Running 4 and 4 is running the same amount of memory twice, 8 consecutive is required.

Test with 8 passes just finished. No errors. Uploaded the .html that memtest outputted. Should I try reinstalling windows or try to run memtest using one of the options that wasn't just a single core? sorry it took so long to do this step.

There is a difference between MemTest86 and MemTest86+, read the instructions and run the proper tool please.

I stopped it after 6 passes because it had found five errors. Going to continue with the steps in the instructions about testin with the different sticks in the different slots. Would it be a good idea to test a roomate's ram in my computer and see if it runs fine?

As long as you seat it proper, that it is seated proper and in the right slots, it is an idea :)

Alright so after testing stick "a" alone there were more errors found. Stick "b" alone had no errors and after about a day of general use (games, videos, startup a couple times) everything seems normal. I think I'm ready to call this one solved. Thank you so much for helping me out! Best wishes in the future.
